The development and application of decisional strategies to address administrative issues such as district operations, resource allocation, curriculum, instruction, staffing, and district performance. Examination of the ethical dilemmas involved in decision-making at the district level and emphasis, through role playing and case study analyses, on decision-making strategies that embrace integrity, impartiality, honesty, respect, and linguistic and cultural diversity. PREREQ: School leadership experience and/or permission of the Program Coordinator.
