Examines the role of the educational leader in long-range financial planning, facility development, and human resource management. Topics include financial, human, technological, and general resource allocation; budgeting and accounting procedures and legal requirements; the recruitment, training, retention, assignment, evaluation, and mentoring of personnel; purchasing procedures; building and grounds management; and benefits analysis and cost controls. Fieldwork hours required.
