(Course open only to those accepted into Dietetic Internship.) Examination of current concepts and methods of dietetics practice to prepare students for entry-level professional practice. Includes on-campus didactic activities, group discussions, and the use of case studies to analyze and expand upon the fieldwork experience. Completion of the Dietetic Internship requires successful completion of the course for three semesters, to fulfill competencies outlined bythe Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).Coreq: DFN 730
