Study of fundamental organizational fiscal management and exploration of universal financial challenges faced by non-profit organizations. Topics include fundraising; phases of successful capital campaigns; developing and managing board relations; seeking grant funding opportunities; and creating feasible and sustainable business plans. Students will learn the direct relationship between a robust financial management system and the sustainability of their organizations.
