Teaching Comp Strategies Lit thru Children's Lit for the Diverse Learner Early Chldhd&Chldhd Edu

Emphasis on comprehensive strategies in literacy, using different genres of children's literature, that facilitate literacy development among students of varying developmental abilities and from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Focus on critical thinking skills, open-ended discussion and analysis of the range of reading and text complexities of fiction and non- fiction children's literature, aligned with the Common Core State Standards.
